Currently we looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Rep to further boost our expansion in the innovative sector we operate in. Main location for the job – Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities:

Bring new qualified leads;

  • Support consultants and developers with marketing efforts – presentations, demos and so on;
  • Filter down leads based on digital marketing;
  • Organize dedicated meetings, calls and demos for the pre-sales team;
  • Have achievable leads conversation target;
  • Approach SME businesses and start-ups with value propositions and collect feedback;
  • Organize the internal CRM.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Past experience selling services and/or software;
  • High level of motivation and proactivity;
  • Good understanding of customer’s buying cycle;
  • Ability to identify customer business needs and pick the right approach;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Economics and marketing knowledge;
  • 2+ in sales department;
  • Fluent English, more languages will be a plus;
  • Having a master’s degree in business or economics field is considered a plus;
  • Flexible, dynamic, self-organized person willing to operate within the AI hype;
  • Excellent PC literacy and willingness to get acquainted with the lasts analytical approaches.
